The hoyt still has the wifi turned off for covid reasons, but other libraries in the area do not. It's extremely inconvenient. If you are trying to discourage people assembling, what's with the fundraising activities?

Our Hoyt Library in Kingston is the best. The librarians are so helpful and friendly. I still like holding a book when I read.

Yes there's a parking lot as well as on street parking.
They are open by appointment only. If you call the main number and leave a message, they will call you back to schedule an appointment. They also provide curbside service.
