I picked up my 2 jackets 26 hours after I brought them in and had received an email saying they were ready. I received no phone call during that time to inform me that they were refusing service for one of my jackets because of some leather trim. The jacket is dry clean only and I was not informed of this leather policy when I dropped it off, when I stopped in a couple hours before they were ready to check on them, or anytime before I picked them up. Nowhere does it say they'll refuse it and from here on they will not be receiving my patronage

We had dropped off our laundry to get done. Have used them to clean blankets and quilts. All went well. Nothing but good service. Professional. Prices are competitive with other places. But here you know it will get done correctly. Happy staff.

Try speaking to manager and explain the situation If it was at CD they are pretty good about telling you if they had a problem. I have a jacket NO ONE has been able to get wrinkles out of. It is the bad product; manufacturer Take it back where you bought it. You can always try a high end cleaning shop, or give it away and chalk up the experience. I watch labels now and avoid certain materials before I buy.
