I do not know what is going on these days but customer service is in the toilet in the area in general. I walked into this place last night. I was the only person in the store. Three guys looked at me and then just kept doing what they were doing. No greeting, no "hello I will be with you in a moment". I stood there for a full minute just to see if they would acknowledge that I was in their shop. Nope, they just kept doing their work. I walked out. As I drove away one of the guys looked out of the window at me with a confused look on his face. It is not that confusing. All of us work hard for our money. We want to spend it supporting businesses that treat us as valued customers. All it takes is a little politeness to make a customer feel good about their experience. I know it sounds a little drastic, leaving because I did not get a hello but consumers need to send a message. If your business can not be bothered to greet a customer you do not deserve our business.

In my best opinion I think it’s ridiculous that I have to drive all the way to West Chicago for their pizza because this pizza at Hanover park always gives out some burn out chicken wings terrible place honestly. Honestly the West Chicago pizza now give out their pizza fresh out the oven and well made.

Walked in to order two pizzas and it took about 10 mins. The pizza tastes good and is super affordable, especially when ordering for a group. I definitely appreciate the family-owned and local business feel here. I just wish there was a tip jar!
