The only way you can get a guest pass is if you are from out of the area. If you are from Luzerne County, you need a library card to use the computers.
There is no public parking lot at The Osterhout Free Library, but there is meter parking in front of the library. There is also a parking lot down the street for Boscov's that can be parked in but there is a small fee to park there.
Ghostbusters TV show thinks so they are airing a show done at library this week.was done when library was closed I am skeptic but isnt a good portion of luzerne County claim ghostly phenomenon. There is a ghost walk in Wilkes Barre this month I mean Ghost hunters on discovery and travel channels darn auto correct
Don't think there are 3 d printers, just regular paper printers.
Yes. Downstairs, the password is at the Information desk. In the computer lab (Monday and Wednesday, 5:00 to 7:30; also September through June on Saturday afternoons), the computer instructor will quickly give you the password. In the upstairs computer lab, there are no restrictions on what sites you can access on your own device. Using a library computer, you can visit any site you like unless it exposes the library to nalware (viruses). Also, the instructor is available to help with anything you like, or will leave you alone as you prefer.
YES. In the open computer lab, you can use a computer for up to 2.5 hours, even if you already used a computer downstairs. You don't even have to have a library card. The lab is open most Saturdays from 1:00 to 3:30, and most Mondays and Wednesdays 5:00 to 7:30. There's a bright yellow sign at the bottom of the stairs; when it says "Open," the lab is open. It's also OK to call the library (choose option 3 on the menu) and ask if the lab will be open the time you want to come.
The library does not have old yearbooks on hand. Try calling the school directly. They might be able to help you.
Yes they do. If they don't have them, they can help you print them.
Try again.
Yes, use the library's website and your library card to do so.
