We purchased a dining room set and credenza from here. The furniture is made to order, so there is a wait. The quality is worth it. We were there today and they are having a great sale. My husband and I ended up purchasing a new sofa and TV stand. Rudi is great. He was so helpful when we purchased the dining set, but today he really helped us to pick the perfect sofa and material for our space. He's definitely an asset to the store. The Factory is a very good place to buy beautiful, quality furniture.

Offered a big discount on things, but their prices were double the prices at other stores. Sounded good, but wasn't anything special.

The staff are such nice and knowledgeable people! I recently ordered a chandelier and unfortunately discovered that 1 of the glass shades was broken...they offered immediately to replace it with 1 from the display or via order. I took them up on the displayed replacement to have a quick replacement. I am shocked they offered that option and really think the company and this location exceeds expectations always! So if you need lighting, custom wood furniture or electrical advice/products this is a great source
