Nicole Price handled my auto loan. She was the best. Made the whole process so simple and painless. She was quick, efficient and friendly. An absolute pleasure to work with. Being my first time having an auto loan I had a lot of questions. Nicole was quick to answer every question, for a process that can seem very intimidating to a first timer, I felt comfortable and knew exactly what was going on the entire time. What an amazing experience as ALWAYS! Carmen Phillips has done it again. We contacted her at 9:30 this morning to refinance a loan to help us out getting that loan out of my name and into just my husband's name and by 11:30AM we had a pre approval and by 2PM the whole loan was done and complete. We will always keep coming back for all our loans with CARMEN PHILLIPS. :)
