I don’t really write reviews often, but the ladies at the front desk deserve a five star for their patience and ability to care for the people who walk into their medical center. They’ve been nothing but helpful when I was having issues getting my medication and I couldn’t be more grateful. Keep up the amazing work ladies and I definitely appreciate you guys!

I went to this emergency because I was having severe pain in my abdomen. They did ultrasound and found that I had gallstones then told me they didn't think that was my issue. Well guess what... it was the issue and last week I had to go into a real hospital er to have emergency surgery. I will never go here again. The doctor I seen there was not very personable and acted like I was faking my pain to get drugs. I went here because it was close. Save yourself the time, money and possibly your life and go to a REAL ER.

Boy do I miss Sally. I have been coming here for over 30 years. And I've always been very satisfied with the care. However now when you check out and go to make your appointments you're doing it in the waiting room. Whereas before you had a little bit of privacy. I'm standing there hearing (not trying to listen) a bunch of medical questions being asked to the gentleman in the next window. While I'm here talking about a mammogram and a pap smear with people in the waiting room eight feet from me waiting to see the doctor. There's just something not right about that. Let alone I had to repeat it because the girl really wasn't listening to me

I have been going to this facility for years! I actually just got off the phone with someone at the front desk Not sure why someone left a comment they are rude because I came here to say how great they are, I have been calling a lot lately due to an injury and they have all been very professional and kind. I called yesterday to try to get an appointment and couldn't i started crying and the lady on the phone was very sympathetic and got through to the nurse to Help me out! This location is very clean and taking all the right percations during this pandemic also!! I love this place I will not go anywhere else! So Happy they have an emergency room now because I refuse to go anywhere else! Let me not forget what an amazing Doctor Dr Swartz is:)
