We applied and it took a week to find out we were denied and that was after continuously calling. They used something on my credit from 6 years ago that I would be able to prove it to was my ex husband’s. They didn’t seem to care to help or get an explanation. My husband had nothing bad on his credit and was the main provider.

I love the office staff, they’re all super friendly & down to help. I just recently had to place a work order for our furnace & our oven- Maintenance was there same day and also very friendly & quick doing the repairs. I love our home. We rent. Have lived here for almost 3 years. It is really expensive, some of the things we’ve received “write up” notices for are a bit,,,,annoying (a child’s water table we had kept in front of our shed, grass that isn’t long, gardening items) and some of the teenagers that live in here like to egg cars, destroy property, etc., but I’d still choose living here 1000x over.

Everyone has been polite and nice to talk to but don’t follow up on anything. Not just me but many of my neighbors( the ones I talk to) all unhappy. I am regretting my move here more and more. Will not recommend to anyone.
