Rent here…only if you want to smell Marijuana filled buildings and smell like skunk everyday! Since the whole building smells, it's kinda hard to tell who's smoking in their apartment. But I would think that's what you mngrs. get paid to do .. investigate yourself!!

I just received an email saying a work order has been completed.. and to leave a review. While I love the maintenance team, and specifically ONLY the maintenance team.. since they’re the only reliable people around here, no work order has been completed. Sooo. The rest of the people around here are literally useless, rude and beyond unprofessional (mostly the manager). Sign a lease at your own risk 🤷🏼‍♀️

It took me nearly a year for someone to clean out the clogged drain in my tub which I complained about when I moved in here. I also stated that my dishwasher was full of water. Without me knowing it they canceled the request and I'm still coping with a full dishwasher of dirty water stinking up the whole apartment

I scheduled an appointment for a tour all the way back on July 10th for August 6th at noon. We showed up for our tour and the leasing office has a sign on the door saying that they are closed on Saturdays. I called over six times and the people I was with called multiple times as well. Played phone games until we just left. No information on an apartment number to go to tour or anything like that. They told me to call as if I was a resident and I was sent immediately to voicemail. We were calling for over half an hour with no help. Don't go here! Edit: They contacted me 4 days later via text saying we should have received a code for a self-guided tour (which I never received). Then, they had the audacity to ask me to reschedule! Since then, I've gotten 2 texts and 1 email asking me to fill out an application to live there. After I told them no! This place is ridiculous!
