I ONLY get my waxes here, I come here every month just to see my girl Annie. She is the best waxer, and a great communicator. All we do is talk, and laugh she makes the experience painless. Of course the pain still is at an eighth even though I’ve been coming for years, but that’s just my body. Having a waxer like Annie makes you absolutely comfortable. She also tells you the what’s up, if it’s something you need to know about yourself, she will let you know. She’s just a helpful, and sweet person all around, I don’t know what I will do whenever she leaves!

You must be 18 or older to be waxed without a parent. However, if you are younger than 18, Bella requires parental consent for the first visit. The underaged client may come back without their parent after the initial visit where the Parent's consent was given.

Hi Alexis, We do accept walk-ins when we have time available. It's always a good idea to call first, that way the receptionist can let you know if it's possible to squeeze you in. Otherwise, we can't absolutely guarantee we'll be able to accomodate you. We recommend scheduling an appointment whenever possible. We do have a no-show/late cancellation policy in place, which asks that clients give us a call at least four hours before their appointment if they need to cancel. If a client doesn't give us a call in time, or doesn't call at all, they are charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Our system is set up to do this automatically. However, we realize it might be necessary to waive the fee in certain circumstances. We strive to be reasonable and fair, and management is always willing to speak to clients regarding this or any other concerns or questions. Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
