Dr. Rebecca is the best doctor. We were refer to her and continuously continue to come cause she right away keeps family feeling better. She is very caring and patient doctor with kids. My daughter was sick in 30 mins of seeing her she was feeling better. Wpuld highly recommend.

The reason I’m giving one star is because the Dr. is a good doctor but the receptionists are rude and inconsiderate!!! My mom goes here often for her medical needs. She always gets there about 8-8:30am and doesn’t get seen till 11-1pm. The wait time is ALWAYS Ridiculous( 3 hours or more no joke)! During COVID they would allow only a certain amount of people inside. My mom had to wait right outside the door in the scorching sun and they didn’t even bother letting my mom know she could come in because there were free chairs. She had to go inside and ask if it was almost her turn for another PATIENT to tell her why she was not sitting inside if there were chairs for her to sit and wait on. Keep in mind my mom always likes to go on an empty stomache in case they draw blood. So she was starving, hot, and had waited hours & not one receptionist had the heart to let her know she could come in now! This last time, my mom went in at 8:40 am. She knew they’re was a wait right off the back, cause the receptionist told her it would probably be until 12pm, when she would be seen. She told her you’re going to be the last patient we see before lunch. (Mind you, My mom was just picking up some results). The receptionist told her she had to wait to see the Dr. so she could give her her results, since the DR. was the only one who could give out the results. My mom said ok and waited. She got upset when a receptionist gave another man who simply walked in his results right away and even explained them to him in front of her(without having to see the dr)!!! She got more mad when they let a woman who came after her in before her, when the receptionist had clearly told my mom she was going to be the last patient seen before lunch. My mom had to wait for lunch to be over so like around 1:00pm (on an empty stomache) to be seen. She did mention her frustration to the receptionist (which was being rude and talking back) & the dr, but I feel like they don’t care because clearly this is a repeated issue based on other reviews!!!! If you can, avoid this clinic. My mom is switching ASAP( even though she really liked Dr.Rebecca) !

Dr Torres treated our whole family that was sick from covid. She provided the correct early treatment. We all felt better immediately. She was a blessing to our family. I went to her because Kaiser did not want to give early treatment. I am so thankful for Dr. Torres. She not only has amazing skills but the heart of a physician. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family. She will be very busy.

We just waited around 6 hours for a walk-in. After waiting 6 hours we finally got sat in a room and waited another hour to see the Dr. The room is frigid and finally she suggested we get a EKG and H-Pylori test done. She tried to up-sell us on these stupid plans like we were at Mcdonalds.. ordering tests on our infinite supply of money for tests. Right next to their diet plans.. Also, I suggest they knock before opening a door to a room with a female patient with her shirt off. Just a little tip.. Still, as I type this.. we are still waiting.. they closed an hour ago. She came back and tried to sell us more tests completely unrelated.. if I could rate lower I would.
