Are walk ins accepted

Hi Alexis, We do accept walk-ins when we have time available. It's always a good idea to call first, that way the receptionist can let you know if it's possible to squeeze you in. Otherwise, we can't absolutely guarantee we'll be able to accomodate you. We recommend scheduling an appointment whenever possible. We do have a no-show/late cancellation policy in place, which asks that clients give us a call at least four hours before their appointment if they need to cancel. If a client doesn't give us a call in time, or doesn't call at all, they are charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Our system is set up to do this automatically. However, we realize it might be necessary to waive the fee in certain circumstances. We strive to be reasonable and fair, and management is always willing to speak to clients regarding this or any other concerns or questions. Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with. Yes they're welcomed they move pretty fast. I never schedule an appointment b/c if you don't make it you still have to pay them.
