Could not provide prescription upon filling arrival after Coffeen street could not fill out the script. The lady publicly belittled another person in the waiting room while waiting for my script. This is unacceptable and not reflective of the services that should be provided by a pharmacy. unprofessional, customers should not be interrogated.

Hi. I'm a black female, that came into this Kinney Drug store. I had a fax that I needed to be done, but I also needed to get some hair coloring for myself. But to a very harsh and upsetting thing happened. This place has no hair coloring for black people at all. Which is a Discrimination.

Would be a better pharmacy if the staff didn't waste time chatting up a storm with customers with a line of others waiting to get service. It's always the same, a customer goes to their pharmacy counter and think it's time to socialize not being considerate of others waiting for their turn. Also if you tell them you live at new address they don't bother correcting it in their database To make things right?! STOP JAWING WITH CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU HAVE LONG LINES WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR SERVICE AND WHEN SOMEONE GIVES YOU A NEW HOME ADDRESS BECAUSE THEY MOVED, CORRECT IT!!!!! ALSO WHEN A CUSTOMER ASKS FOR THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS TRANSFERRED FROM ONE KINNEY'S DRUGS TO ANOTHER ONE CLOSER TO THEIR HOUSE, DO IT!!!!
