Calm area to live in, everyone keeps to themselves & there's never any drama. I love that the propery is always being maintained all year long from lawn mowing to plowing snow. The manager was very attentive when it comes to maintaince and is a very kind man, I say that from the heart! Lots of area to roam and for little ones to play football or soccer. Ive bbq'd on summer days and enjoyed the time My family has stayed in this property. If i could move back I would definently!! My little one took his first steps in this property and his first runs as well im glad he had the the chance to do this in such a nice environment.

I lived here for about 2 years I absouletly loved it. The manager John knows the renters by name he has friendly staff and makes you feel comfortable and safe to live here. During the winter John cleans out your garage path to make it easier for people to leave with having to shovel the path way. Very military friendly I would have stayed if I didn't have to PCS! I highly recommend this place.

Maintenance is terrible. The cabinets, flooring, tubs and toilets are from the 80's. Can't plant flowers outside or they mow them down. Garages are all falling apart and the "playground" is a joke. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Living in an 80's apartment and paying way to much for rent for it.
