The staff at the ENT group was great. They were very welcoming. Dr. Gordon was very good. He took the time to explain everything and he was very reassuring.

Check with Human Resources
Yes we are. At this time we are not impacted by NYS Department of Health's mandatory cancellation of elective surgeries, and we have not been on their capacity lists at at any point. Thank you for asking.
Yes it is. Samaritan has a wonderful surgical unit. I believe as of now though, there are no extra family members or friends allowed to accompany patient.
Just give a call, they will give you another number, or, just get the shot kinny's is a good place.
As of right now no yiu cant go in with patients.. however they will keep in touch with you by phone
No there is not.
Free, in the parking lots and the parking garage.
8-4 weekdays closed weekends
I would figure because they figure the patient is telling the truth, and i know a lot of the time they are busy so they take patients word and trust they make the right call on if they should or shouldn't drive themselves
Use the main parking garage then walk through the reception door. Head up the hallway turn right and follow signs to elevator
Not that I have heard about but you can always ask your doctor about where there might be a place to have it done

Call front desk and ask to speak to an or nurse on duty
Recovery is fairly easy, depending on how you do with pain. I had a colon biopsy and woke up very easily from anesthesia and had no pain and went home the same day
