Everyone was great at responding to inquiries on the website and phone. Explained the solution and pricing up front. I had a battery replaced in my MacBook and it was cheaper than anywhere else, done extremely quickly (no appointment or waiting around to be helped). The dogs and treat jar were and added bonus for me and my son.

We do buy laptops if they are in working condition and are running or can be upgraded to Windows 10. Feel free to call with the model number of stop by with the laptop and we can tell you if we are interested. If we are, we could check it in for diagnostics and then get back to you with an offer within about a week.
We do accept local personal and business checks.
Diagnosis is $50, due on checkin. If the labor charge for repair is $100 or more this charge is waived.
