Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Visited this Red Robin’s on a Sunday afternoon, and it was amazing! We were in and out of the restaurant in 45 minutes, which is very unheard of. We were seated quickly, our drinks came out fast and the food was amazing! The staff was also very amazing and friendly! I can’t wait to go here again!

The nice part it is right next to the Telsa charging station. So we can relax while our car charges! All we had was onion and beers. The onion rings were super crunchy and yummy. Their beer selection is great!

Limited menu. Our service person was not enthusiastic. Basically dropped the menu and ran. Did not take the time to engage with us. Was not deserving of a decent tip. My hamburger was ok but the chicken was dry. Will have to think about it before I return.

I've never been disappointed in them before now. We always eat at the one on Lancaster and they're amazing. Service was slow. Fries were cold. My "gourmet" $15 black and blue burger was TINY and looked like one of the $8 tavern burgers...the kids burgers looked better.....had NO blue cheese on it and 2 slices of mushrooms and a small bit of shredded lettuce. When I asked the waitress why it was so small she said it looked correct but the bun looked small. No offer to add some actual cheese they advertise or actually put a normal amount of mushrooms. I've had these before this wasn't normal. This was lacking and lame in the food and service. Very disappointed. TO FOLLOW UP... 2 stars down to 1 star. We DID email this "customer service" email at response from the "owner" to our review. Much to our "surprise" (that's utter and complete sarcasm if you can't tell) we NEVER received a response. They seem much more interested in making it look like they resolved/cared about the issue than they apparently actually do.
