The lady “Susie” that works night shift I’ve seen several complaints about, here’s another one. First of all she’s tight with the hotel manager and is not afraid to say that she has her back 110%. Here’s my story, my boyfriend is active duty in the military he got a weekend to stay home we decided to get a hotel here at the super 8 in Woodburn. Me and my boyfriend went to the pool with a Bluetooth speaker and white claws. “ we read the pool rules and all it said was no glass containers”. After 1 1/2hours of DIPPING our feet in the hot tub with our music at an appropriate level, playing appropriate music!! A worker (suzie) comes in and confronts us saying in the most unprofessional manner “no no no!” We ask what she is talking about and she tells us to turn off our music, we do so. She leaves. Not less than two minutes later she comes back in demanding we give her our half full beverage cans we are drinking, I told her I will not give her my drink and I will finish it. She tells us we need to leave threatening to call the cops, she asks if my boyfriends phone is on this towel next to him, he says yes, she proceeds to GRAB HIS PHONE off his towel, storm out and take it out into the lobby, she was refusing to give it to him until he leaves the pool. Someone’s please explain what rule we broke?

Good location; near fast food restaurants and gas stations. Lady at the front desk was nice. Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Could use alittle maintenance but all in all good place. There is a pool that I didn't use but looked clean and other people seemed to enjoy it.

The toilets clogged every time we tried to flush them and the sink drained very slow. The remote for the tv was disgusting and had gunk all over it. We asked the custodial ladies to clean our room and they threw out a bag full of new food. The pool was murky and smelled horribly strong of chlorine. The toilets were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly and the tv didn’t change Chanel’s properly. There free breakfast consists of granola bars and plain oatmeal. Then at the end we thought it was a pet friendly hotel and when we walked out the guy at the desk made us pay $25 for each night we stayed there for our dog. I gave this hotel a one star review generously because the cleaning lady kindly gave me a plunger to use. I would never visit this super 8 again, they had terrible service.

I was working here for 2 days and everything was fine except how rude the lady from eve shift was with me I explained how I couldn't work and couldn't explain more because she kept interrupting me and raising her voice at me she was being so rude and talking loud I was calm because I wasn't taught to be rude but I didn't get paid . It is a horrible place to work. DONT WORK HERE. The housekeeper ladies were super nice. The only problem I had was the lady in the desk in the afternoon. I enjoyed it while it lasted.

Thank you everyone for your input. I was tired enough that I managed to get some rest. I think I will just make it work as I am fortunate to not be the person footing the bill & I really love the proximity to the place I am working right now...
About 7 miles
Mc Donalds has a few parking spots too. If you're not too long you can park out back by dumpster as long as there is a through way around the building.
