This 1 star is for the male manager working this morning at 2 PM. Making a hispanic lady who already has language barriers walk back all the way from register 4 to put up 1 hanger of a shirt was extremely rude. She was confused & had trouble understanding the situation and you made her feel uncomfortable over 1 hanger ? I completely understand you have the hanger rack to be more convenience for your cashiers to check people out faster, but this was ridiculous. Regardless, doing such is a courtesy customers do to help out. If you don’t want to work that is fine, the appearance of the store already displays that. Usually rate this ross 5 stars & come here weekly, and I have never witnessed this before . Do better.
