Overall our experience was very positive. The delivery time was out of their hands during COVID but they made accommodations for us to make up for it. The sectional we purchased is solid and great quality. We went back a year later and purchased a new King size bed. Way better than any piece of furniture from the chain stores. It is a solid bed of solid wood and we are completely satisfied. The salesperson helping us was a little slow and seemed to be new but she was the one who sold us the sofa a year earlier so she wasn’t THAT new. She just appears to confused about a lot of things and anxious about making the sale. I would actually buy from them again without hesitation and the personal touch of the owner calling us about the back order was a bonus!!
