I've been here plenty of time and nevered had a problem. But this visit was horrible I have nevered felt so manhandled and bullied into something that I didn't agree with no parent should be FORCED into something they don't agree with that a horrible way to treat people.

Came here, checked in at 9:00pm, just made it to the back at 2:49am, so laying here in the dark, asked someone for a blanket and pillow, he said I can get you a blanket, all the pillows have went MIA, the reason I came in, WAS NOT THE REASON WHOVER HAD GAVE THE NURSE, she had someone else record I guess… anyway, it’s now 3:30, only one blanket and no one has been in to see if I’m dead or alive! I will here come here again, oh by the way a lady in the wait room was crying and screaming (obvious pain, right) they acted like the woman getting in their nerve, she needed help doing to the restroom, the ladies who came out was so mean and rude to her! Close this place down for patient service training and new management

This hostipal is ridiculous.. I was admitted and fell In the hospital, nobody asked me was I ok.i was bruised up. Made 3 compliants nobody has call or email me back.. some of the nurse's and doctors are mean and just don't care.. for the nurse I think it's more about LOOKING LIKE AN NURSE; WHEN IT SHOULD BE being AN NURSE. THEY DON'T WANT TO HELP YOU JUST SIT on THEIR PHONES. AND PLEASE DON'T HIT THE CALL BUTTON FOR AN NURSE THEY MIGHT COME HOURS LATER.

I agree they give Piedmont a bad name.
Children shouldn't just go to any hospital. They need to go to a Children's facility. They have Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Urgent care facility in Stockbridge.. ER will just give your child any medication and diagnoses and send y'all on your way. That's for Rockdale, Newton, Gwinnett etc... Take kids to children's facilities where they specialize in pediatric care.
I Agree.. also experienced this terrible attitude in ER.
They lost my mother’s dentures also. However, after talking to several ppl in administration, they paid for new dentures. I was pleased with the outcome even though it took some hoop jumping.

ER room wait is entirely too long. If your really sick go visit your Physican. It's not like TV shows.
All Doctors isn't the same you have your good ones and bad ones. I never experienced anything bad from Rockdale. My granddaughter gutted her wrist they was on deck with everything. Sorry you all experience wasn't the same and it praying time for everything and everyone. And fight for your rights. Shalom
Healthcare is not like it used to be about 5 years ago now the nurses are burnout the young people dont want to come into the profession and like you said doctors are no better please keep praying for better healthcare
Did you call your reg doctor since the pain was so bad. Wasn't so bad you were able to go home and sleep. Did you try any OTC Meds? Or just looking for something stronger.
Discharge papers..... Info about your condition and meds prescribed. Work/school excuse if applicable.
Call the hospital administration or patient advocate. However, if she was NOT being induced for urgent medical reasons, it is not uncommon to be "bumped" if more patients come in in active labor or more urgent cases come up. I personally wouldn't want to deliver if they were short staffed.
