Great micro brewery with experimental beers. If you’re interested in beers that explore ingredients, fermentation, and aging, don’t skip this spot! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and are happy to walk you through the current tap list to find something you’ll enjoy. They offer 4oz taster pours of everything on their menu so you can enjoy a wide variety. They also offer a membership for folks who want to be in the loop on their exclusive small batch experiments!

Meh. Beer is mediocre and service is terrible. Dudes working there believe they invented craft beer and will scold you for asking a question regarding which is lighter a saison or a lager. Might be that ipa getting to there heads. Avoid.

The way flavors and scents come through will blow your mind— if you are into sours it’s an obligated stop.

Great local brewery with a phenomenal and unique take on sour ales and craft brews. Great place to spend an afternoon outside with a few glasses of well thought out and flavorful beers

Questions & Answers

I am wondering if there is a "best by date" regarding your producr? How long after bottling do your ales remain "fresh" and at their peak drinkability

Hi David, the beers we produce should age well for several years. There isn't a consume by date, as there is no point at which they will be unsafe to consume. We typically recommend enjoying our beers within 3-4 years of the packaging date. They are best stored in as dark a place as possible for extended aging. Thanks!

Is Banana going to be there today, Saturday the 28th? Thanks!
