We grow RTF Fescue sod. Cost is .46 cents per square foot. When you pick up we give a discount of .03 cents. If you need a delivery, there is a delivery charge and we need about 3-4 days notice. Please call and put your order in and we can guarantee when your sod will be ready. Thank you for your interest in our company.

We do have installation department. If you want to call our office we can give you some names of some customers that have agreed to let us give their numbers out, but do not recommend anyone. We do not see work outside of our office, so you can make your own determination when you meet them. We do not post numbers so you will have to call us.

While there are many considerations concerning the response of turfgrass to dog activity, such as the size and number of dogs involved, activity levels, and dimensions of the turf area, the ability to recover from wear by establishing new growth through rhizome production makes RTF unique among Tall Fescue varieties. We do have anecdotal evidence that RTF responds better that previous Tall Fescue varieties, but the fact is that dog urine is an acidic liquid that is doused over a living plant in a concentrated area. Combined with increased air temperatures, dog urine can create a burned appearance on any living turf.

Shoot....I think it was like $0.44/sqft, but don't quote me on that. Almost half the price than anyone else i checked out like GreenThumb or Home Depot. They said they only have the RTF, which is a fescue. I'm pretty happy with it. Laid it about 5 weeks ago and it's looking AWESOME!! Going to cut it for the 1st time tomorrow.....it tall and lush!
