Came to the store at 11am. They were closed, no biggie it’s Sunday morning.. I go back to my truck to wait. I see them finally rolling back the cage so I walk up. The Guy reluctantly opened the door at 11:08am. Visibly disturbed an attitude slinging the door open not speaking to any of the customers that were waiting. It was as if he was forced to open early. I proceeded to ask him where the cleats were and he just looked at me, no response. I then see the cleats located on the side wall and and head over there. There’s a female employee laying down on the bench, and as I approach she sits up and then stomps off rolling her eyes as if I’m disturbing her rest. We came in for 2 pair of cleats, Shoes, and athletic wear. Horrible customer service experience. I’ll take my money elsewhere! Disappointing, because I actually liked the renovations and new set up.

Horrible customer service. Two associates were standing at the front of the store and this was after 10am which is the time door's are suppose to be unlocked. They didn't even have common courtesy to say the system was down. They decided they would keep the doors locked while customers were leaving.

This location has turned completely ghetto! Went in last week to buy a pair of shoes. No one greeted me as I walk-in. They don't ask if you need help, but will just stand there and look at you. Shoes are very poor quality. One of the workers Jeremy snatched the shoe box out of my hands, just because I asked to see the shoe to make sure it wasn't dirty while my son was trying on the other pair. I was asked to leave the store which is fine with me because I'm complaining about how poor the store is being rand. Called customer service to file a complaint so far I've never heard anything back from Tina who is the district manager.
