The bad reviews are right. These guys are beyond unprofessional. The drivers don't show up. Literally, don't show up. And if you call customer service, they call dispatch and somebody lies (either dispatch or driver) that they just left. As soon as my tickets run out, I'm switching to train to go to NYC for work. If you need to use this bus for work commute, look elsewhere. You will get fired for routinely showing up late because of this company. And they are the biggest liars.

Very horrible miserable workers! The bus drivers are impolite extremely mean their faces are always so mean looking when you board the bus you don’t feel welcome no good morning afternoon evening and good night. If you’re having a bad day they will make it worst just by their demeanor.

I feel the same way, I don't think that anyone is going to want to sit with others next to them or even around them. People sit apart from each other in the restaurants

No vending Machine. If counter is closed, I think you pay the driver or get your ticket at the next bus depot

This has been going on since Covid began. This first 2 seats in front and behind the driver.
Only if your car is registered. Before the pandemic you were given monthly passes.
No changes as of yet. Last bus out of Port Authority is 7:30pm. Have not heard anything about later buses so far. Might have to catch the train and go to Jerset Ave

They do not. You can get buses from Newark Penn station or New York Port Authority.

I personally buy weekly which is $94 10 day trip to NY. If buying monthly it would be cheaper.
They don't have that route however you can take the bus from New Brunswick to Port authority then get something from there onward to Albany
