I've currently been working for LBP Manufacturing for 3yrs . I have been given many opportunities within the company. If you are willing to learn they are willing to invest the time. All they ask like most employer's is you work safe, have good attendance and work well with others. On numerous occasions the DOM (Dan) come out on the production floor and work side by side with the employees. When I started there were just a 6 machines in the the building. We have grown since then. We have a clean SAFETY RECORD and a very clean work environment as well. If your looking to challenge yourself and willing to learn this company has many opportunities.

Been working second shift at LBP since the first week of August and I have already been shipping and receiving and material handler and just got promoted to an QA position.. Great place to work if you are serious about getting to a higher level on the "Food Chain". Great starting rates and plenty of room to move up through the company if you are willing to work and put in a little effort. Everyone is treated very fair regardless of color, race or Creed. All they ask is SAFETY FIRST, BE ON TIME, AND THAT YOU SHOW A LITTLE EFFORT. GREAT PLACE TO WORK IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT GOING FROM HAVING A JOB AND MAKING IT A CAREER 💯!!!
