Called them before we went to let them know we were looking to purchase a dozen of pine trees she said they have them. Went to their business to look at them to see if they are the exact trees we were looking for and she said that was by appointment only. Showed her a picture of our trees she said yes we have them but again we have to make an appointment to see them. Never told me that over the phone. Wasted my time coming there. Was going to spend a bunch of money to local business, but rude customer service.

The best place in Southwest Michigan to get trees, bushes, and other landscaping plants. They also have an art gallery inside with one of a kind hand made pottery!!

For the first time in my life I purchased tree(s). The women inside were very helpful in assisting me picking out 3 Japanese Maple trees. I took their advice not knowing much about buying trees. Charlie came out and planted them. The trees did not make it even one year, they all died. There is NO warranty on their trees it seems. We grew up in a small community like Vicksburg. My wife worked in the Village for 30 years. We chose Prudential over the preferred Nursery that our Condo Association promoted. We made a mistake it seems. That nursery gives a standard one year warranty which would have covered our trees. Only OUR trees died. Very disappointed in this and the fact that Charlie will not talk with us. Lesson learned.
