The staff was very professional and friendly, in the end I got a car with no problem. The car I really wanted did not have a dark interior, so I settled for the Premium with the dark interior but did not have the automatic seat back. I do love my buick.

As a frazzled, super-busy mom, I had a limited window of time to look at new cars between bussing my mini-minions to their sporting events. As soon as I stepped into the Buick dealership, everyone was extremely helpful and happy, but none more than Mark. Maybe it was the feral look of desperation in my eye, but he immediately knew I was on a mission, and within minutes pulled up a Buick Envision, gave me the super-quick overview and tossed me the keys. There was no drawn out discussion or lengthy prose - Mark just knew to let me be (or I scared him and he was trying to get out of the potential path of my lead foot.) Either way, he truly made my experience fantastic - there was zero pressure, and he was able to work with me over text the next couple of days (which was a HUGE bonus as I was in non-stop meetings for work.) Mark was able to button up my deal quickly and when I came to pick up my new car, he then provided an extremely thorough walkthrough for which I was extremely grateful. This was such a positive buying experience, and I am so thankful I had the opportunity to work with Mark - please give that man a bonus or raise for working with me - he definitely deserves it!!!! Also - my Buick is awesome- never owned one before now, but this car is definitely a game-changer! Thank you to an amazing dealership for a wonderful experience!!!!
