They tell you they are certified nurses in training but no. They have no clinical licenses to train that's right guys train nurses there. They are not qualified to do this. I have witnessed individuals that are supposedly training there not certified. One is a mother and daughter team. I pointed out a family who had wet themselves and they let them sit in euronated wet smelly clothes for close up to an hour! One aid told them they would be able to change their own diaper cussing them out Holly the aid was busy on her phone calling that patient names. The patient was now crying and said their famly complained about it but the responses to this was oh no you were hearing this from a resident with alshymers. We moved out our family member to our home where they get 24 hours care. This place needs to be permently closed. Please don't reply for me to call you back because I won't. Take you traiñed Nurse Holly whom yells obsenties to someone. And let her go of her duties? She also hollered at the patient telling them if they weren't fat and lazy they could change it themselves. DON'T EVER PLACE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE.

Very disappointed. I was visiting from out of town and wanted to visit with my family member. Only to discover Elcor is not open to visitors Friday, Saturday, Sunday. This is Ridiculous. Weekends is when most families have time to be able to visit with their loved ones. Also there is no mention of visiting hours on the website. Having the website updated would help many families with preparing for visits with their loved ones. As for quality of care I know my family member is well taken care of and thank all the nurse for all they do.
