I have called three days in a row and have not be able to get anyone. You call, youre put on hold for 30-45 mins then your call is ended. Youre not given the option to set up an appointment online. This is disgraceful and unacceptable service. LAZY WORKERS SHOULD BE FIRED

[ Be aware ]. Their telecom service is horrible . The system let you wait to talk to a representative and hang up call automatically while you waiting . That happen four times continually. On fifth try a rep answered and she was on very rush so you can make sense they do all for purpose to handle less people as possible. Also, i was involved to help family members for others matters in this city and barely had satisfactory experience over all .

Yes. The application process could take a couple hours (mine did). They waited on me right at the appointment time. If you don't have an appointment you would have a long wait time and no certainty they would even have time to see you.
