I wasn't satisfied with the first wash, so they let you go again if your not satisfied. The second wash got all the bugs off the front ofhe car, was a great experience! I highly recommend this car wash!

It's a car wash, what can you say. Crew Carwash as a whole is pretty standard but always has a clean feel about it. That makes sense considering its a car wash, but it always feel clean, new, fresh and friendly. They always take the time to draw the smiley on the window for the kids, the staff is generally wearing a smile and I don't feel like they scream at you when you pull up. I have never had a negative experience and I go probably 4 times a week. I would say if there is any critique it's just that the actual wash sometimes leaves a wax residue on my truck and I have to take time to go through a second time to get rid of it.

I love the washes and the employees are great. However the vacuums don't do very good. And the vending machines for the glass cleaner and cloths is always empty. When I spoke to a employee about this, he informed me that they would no longer be carrying those items. It's disappointing because I use those items alot.

We stopped using the one in Muncie, it would not clean the bottom of our car down by the doors, even after going through twice. We had the unlimited washes and cancelled today.
