Thank you Dr. Fipp & to the other Veterinarian for your help with All of my babies. They're now all together in Heaven, I do miss them So much, they're family. I had Angel for 13 years, Cheez for 13 years & 2 months, I had Hank for 15 years & 1 month. I'm hoping to be able to get a wall picture of all 3 of my babies together like the pics I would always look at while in the office. The grieving part will always be there, but & again, Thank you to all so much for your understanding, hard & dedicated work for my babies. I highly recommend Maplewood

When I first called, I was hung up on. The man on the other line said he didn’t hear me. It happens. No big deal. I took my cat in there for a severe case of tapeworm. They treated her with a topical med, along with a topical flea med. she continued to have tapeworm. I called a few times, they said it was normal for the tapeworm to expel like that, but it continued to get worse. I called a final time, and they finally said it wasn’t normal. I told them, I’d like to know about how they would financially take care of this, as I was already out 130 dollars for a topical med that didn’t work. She said the vet would discuss this with me. The vet called back and sent in an order for tapeworm pills and told me how much I would have to pay. He said this does happen sometimes but never offered to fix the financial aspect of it. I honestly thought they’d make it right and pay for the meds since the others didn’t work. So, I am now out 130 dollars for a treatment that didn’t work, while they constantly told me it was “normal”. Not to mention, during the appointment, they tried to tell me it would cost 400 dollars to get my cat spayed. That is ridiculous. Overly priced and terrible customer service. I will not recommend.

Dr.Phip and everyone who works at Maplewood is amazing. My dog lost control of his legs, bladder etc. and was when I called in was seen within the hour. They assisted carrying him in and treated My dog so quickly and kindly. Also, the prices are affordable!
