It's been a decade or two since I last visited a laundromat and I was unprepared for the costs ($2.50 per load to wash and 4 minutes per quarter to dry) but other than that it was a decent experience. The machines worked great and it wasn't too crowded. Considering this might be the only laundromat in Hamilton County I expected to fare worse. Update: One of the four dryers I used seems to have been way too hot and it has caused many of my clothes and my kids clothes to shrink a lot. I noticed the extreme temp when I took the clothes out but it wasn't until I folded them at home that I saw the effect.

My roommate and i go here every weekend to do our laundry, usually on Sunday nights, and for the most part we love it for one because the man working is one of the most pleasant people i have ever met in my life, for two it is right around the corner from our house. But the last 2 weekends we have had issues with the washers and dryers. It usually cost us anywhere from $15-$20 to do our loads and recently it have been costing us way more!! When we pull our clothes out of the washer they don’t seem to be as clean as they use to, they don’t even have a good clean laundry smell to them like they used to, and we use very good laundry detergent!! We don’t stuff the washers full either!! And the dryers have also stopped working as well too!! What used to take us about 15/20 minutes in the dryers now takes 45/50 minutes and our clothes still aren’t dry!!!! This is the second weekend in a row we have had this issue. So it has been costing us wayyyy more money for the same amount of laundry we have always done!! My roommate is fed up and wants to go elsewhere now and i would hate to do that because like i said i have got use to this little weekend routine and enjoy the man that works there and my conversations with him. I don’t know if maybe there just needs to be some repairs or what. Just really makes me upset they now we are going to have to travel further away to do our laundry and when we have asked for help before... not when the man in Sunday nights was there... it was actually Saturday afternoon the last 2 weekends, we get ignored and nobody comes around to assist us.

Extremely friendly and informal. Same day serviced. Makes sure his customers are taken care of. The owner makes it very easy to drop off laundry while we have other errands to run. He is promptly on time and very nice. He even extra dried our thick, heavy pillow toppers to make sure they were ready for us.
