Very friendly and helpful. Couldnt get Into White River Campground, booked here and was so glad I did. River Bend was quiet, great camp sites, White River campers were crammed in like sardines. Road Into camp ground needs work, but if all you want is a great site and peace and quiet this is it.

A very nice rustic setting. Because of frequent recent river flooding, which beautifully borders the entire 35 acres, the owner has had difficulty keeping up with road repair and grass cutting. I thoroughly enjoyed being there in the peaceful rustic riverfront property and would look forward to returning or recommending it to friends.

Okay, this is not the campground to take your kids to for a luxurious week of camping. It is lacking in many areas. The restrooms are not great, showers are no better. The grounds are in need of some TLC. Having said that, can you set up camp, enjoy the river and full hook up? Yes. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It's just more of a roughing it type of camp ground. GLAMPERS, steer clear, you will be dissatisfied. Me, my wife and 2 toddlers had a good time and lived to tell the tale. With some love and attention this place could be a gem.

I only give this place one star cause I have to! I was in visiting from Michigan and decided to camp here. I took my son to use the ONLY toilet in the whole camp. It was covered in feces. I kindly asked them at 9:00 am to clean it, at 7:00pm it was still not cleaned, so when I complained I was kicked out of the campground! Not only that, but the shore near the river was full of broken glass, rusty nails, and broken concrete and asphalt. Which I tried posting pics of on here, if they are approved you will see for your self! I use to come here when I was younger and it WAS always well maintained, since they have new owners it's gone to hell! I will never be going back, not to mention I will be calling the health dept. First thing Monday morning! STAY AWAY!!!!

Questions & Answers

I am looking to come to a concert in Aug. 2020. From Michigan. When/where can I go to book a camp site at this park before season?

Not sure that you can contact them now, but it is a large place that I dont think fills up, so you should have no difficulty booking a site during season.

For the life of me I cannot find out where to view the map of the campground. Do they have one or do you just book a spot and hope your not in a horrible location?

We are Under Renovations and have been since taking over in November 2016. We will open in May again this year. We also have the go ahead from state to start our next project. This is a very Old Campground so we do our best to place people as to 30/50 Amp and how long they will be staying with us...Hope this helps

I was just wondering if I would be able to fish during the day instead of camping and does it cost money to get in?
