Stayed there for Phish. The staff was accommodating and working their butts off. Sometimes it's hard to please everyone and giant crowds can really throw a wrench into the situation but overall, I can't say enough good things about this spot. Highly recommend!

Do not risk booking here. We came in with an RV from three states away. Made all our reservations and confirmed ahead of time. Got turned away at the gate because they were "full". Guy said "Sorry bro, it was just a placeholder" and not an actual reservation. What a joke, these people are con artists at worst and plain bad business owners at best.

Had a reservation. Pulled up before the concert. Was told "No room guy, real sorry" and just turned away. Look, here's the deal. They will take your "reservation" but it means absolutely nothing. It's first come, first serve. That would be fine BUT THEY ALLOW YOU TO MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR A SPOT ON THEIR WEBSITE. You would assume your spot is, you know, reserved if you have a reservation, right? Wrong. They called it (after the fact, mind you) "just a placeholder". Are you kidding me?? You make all your plans, you drive hundreds of miles, you reserve your spot at a supposedly reputable campsite, you confirm your spot is reserved, then you show up and are turned away at the gate because they took anyone that showed up before your with cash. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, IT'S NOT WORTH RUINING YOUR TRIP

Terrible business owners. Drove 10 hours after securing a reservation 8 months in advance only to show up with our spot occupied and a new first come first serve policy implemented. They do not deserve to own a business.
