What a beautiful park... And Jimmies Iceream shop isa couple mins away and a great combo! 😏 A Great park for doggies, kids, picnics. Had super cute waterfall... Small but adorable. You're able to sit on the wall and dip you're feet. I highly recommend a fall photo trip 😉

Blue, red and yellow trail loops all pass by the military Memorial, Lighthouse pond, Historical Museum & more, which are near the falls. The green loop doesn't so much due to it being shorter and mostly sidewalks instead of the trails.

There are some stationary, but I guess, you can bring your own and use it in the same areas with the stationary.

It all depends on your level of camouflage combined with your dedication to the mission.
The only documented event upcoming is June jamboree on June 4 -6. I dont know of anything going on for memorial day.
It's the bridge that goes over the falls that has all the padlocks on it.
Yes there is. It is back behind the Pendleton Library, or on the other side of the Rail Road tracks.
