Blue, red and yellow trail loops all pass by the military Memorial, Lighthouse pond, Historical Museum & more, which are near the falls. The green loop doesn't so much due to it being shorter and mostly sidewalks instead of the trails.
The trails can be muddy
The water falls isnt particularly on a trail. It is right off the main road in the park.
I just pull in the park & they are on the left across the road from the pond. I don't walk any trails to get to them.
There is not much of a waterfall now but it is a beautiful walk.
