Hertz Car Rental - Moore County Airport HLE

I set up a rental online and when I go to pick up the car they don't have one. The guy tells me I need to call customer support. I call customer support to change the dates because I'm not paying for a day I don't have the car. I call and they say I need to go online to change the dates. I end up chatting with someone and she says they want to charge me an extra 70.00 to change the dates so I tell her I'll call to speak to someone. I call their support and they want to charge me an extra 5% to speak to an associate. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! I will never ever use hertz again!!!!

We're Autowerks. Had out of town traveler with a break-down. Tried to call location to confirm being staffed using #5 choice. Rang at length then terminated without answer.

I had reserved a car on 5 July which had been confirmed by email from Hertz at this location. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to find the location closed. I had to scramble to find another means to get to the airport. In response to my email to Hertz, the company responded that the location was "Permanently Closed". The people who worked at this location were wonderful to deal with, and I had rented frequently here. Given Hertz's response, however, I will find another company. Hertz's response was completely unprofessional and underwhelming.

Made a reservation through a travel agency 3 weeks ago. Reservation was made and my card was charged. I go to pick the vehicle up and their location has a sign on the desk saying their location is closed and to use the Fayetteville Airport location. I make the 80 minute drive, wait in line, and am told they have no cars available for me at their location. I tried calling the SOP location many times before I arrived, and they have no advisories posted on their website or on voicemail even. You find out when you get there. Stay away!
