I love every one of the desk workers their great and polite ppl. And the pharma ppl r great too. My psychologist miss walker is so cool. And open minded. Iv been going to this place for 5 years. Never had one issue. If u want help it's the best place to go. Iv listened and witnessed other clinics and they dont care. But c.c.b does care

Set up an appointment as a new patient and they were already backed up to 2 months out. So I waited. Had my appointment set for this morning (Sept. 17th) but my therapist canceled last minute. I called back to reschedule and the receptionist told me that I couldn't get in until January 5th. There is no way I should have to wait this long when it was the therapist who canceled. It shouldn't take half a year to get an appointment for this place when I am trying to get help for myself. Too bad my insurance gives me no other option.
