I went in for a simple cell phone screen replacement. The technician found a new screen to order and he installed it quickly once it arrived. Within the same day of the repair, there were lines across the screen and the buttons would not work. I went back in to address the issue and the technician, Josh, just said he didn't know, shrugged his shoulders, and walked into another room. I stood there for a while thinking he would come back with some sort of solution or an update, but he did not. Terrible customer service. I took my business elsewhere.
