Yes, only during open business hours, and no charge. If it's not their business hours, the fence is closed off to cars. They used to close for a lunch break too, which seemed odd to me.
Glass/plastics #1&2/aluminum/tin were commingled last time I went, which was last week. Cardboard and "office paper" were separate. Not sure if they take chip board like cereal boxes or magazines.
