I got my 2nd earring hole pierced last Friday. The lady who did it was really sweet but keeping messing up when she just using the purple marker. That should have been my first red flag that this wasn’t going to end well. I got my ears pierced and then was walking around the mall when my dad pointed out that the one earring was a lot higher then the other one and once I saw it in the mirror you could see just how noticeable it was. Went back and asked to get it re-pierced and the lady was like I don’t see what’s wrong with it and I had my dad show her where the earring should be so they are even. She redid it and it’s better but still not perfect - still needs to be over a little to be actually even with each other but I’m not going through getting a 3 hole in my ear because it might be worse if I asked them to do it again. Would not recommend getting a piercing with them.

Took our daughter to get her ears pierced and Rebecca was wonderful! She made the experience so comfortable and explained everything: the other woman who was there was wonderful too! Highly recommend!

The manager who it may seem to be, she’s the one with the glasses , brownish hair , looks older. She was extremely rude , seem to have no care for helping customers. She also left in the middle of me approaching the counter, said she was going on break with an attitude .. was gone for an hour and a half. Wouldn’t do business with them.
