Yesterday I was told I was being transferred to the CLAIMS DRPT to LOCK IN MY RATE prior to increase. I waited on the line from 2 something until after 5 when I was notified by recording that no reps were available due to after hours!!! Now it is June 1st I call and recording another 23 min wait to talk to someone? What kind of authoritarian co are you?? We poor people have no choice it seems but to accept your 38% increase!!!!
