Starlene Ramirez- property manager at Herrington Park is truly amazing. We have been in the process of downsizing and selling a home and we’re looking into renting a townhome for a year. I emailed Herrington Park for information and Starlene contacted me right away on her day off. We exchanged several emails throughout the day and was able to see a similar townhome that evening and make a decision. We have been in contact with her several more times since that day with various questions and she always follows up immediately and really works with you to find answers and solutions. We have been here for little over a year. Moved in during pandemic and was surprised how easy the leasing process was without being in the leasing office. The staff in the office a very helpful and the maintenance staff is great. They take care of every little thing. Neighbors are great. So happy to be part of this community.
