We have been waiting over two months for the maintenance people to come fix the hole in our roof that has let water run down the walls in side and we have even had raccoons in the attic and Lisa with Gary smith and associates just keeps telling us someone will be by to fix it but to no avail so maybe this post with pictures will help them determine they should come and fix the problem before the house gets even more water damage and more critters living with tenants.

These people are slum lords and will find any reason Not to return your deposit after you move out. Please do your research before renting from these people. They Do Not value they’re tenants at all.

I believe they have pretty poor service when they tell somebody that they're approved and take their Deposit and then with the company that you're working for has been on layoffs off and on since April and you bring the Most current pay stubs that you have because of a layoff Into their office and then they turn around and tell you you're denied because you don't have a current pay stub within the last 2 weeks...although you company has been lay off... Unfortunately when you have 3 kids and you're depending on a place we are now considered homeless... You shouldn't tell somebody they're approved and they quit looking for a place to live and then all of a sudden tell them they're denied
