We went to T mobile to sign up for 2 lines. We got everything activated and they said that the 3rd line was free. There's no reason we need a 3rd line so we said no. They kept saying it was free and we kept saying we weren't interested. Eventually we caved just so we can go and we're going to throw out the 3rd Sim card they gave us. Well we were charged for the 3rd line. We go back to the store and ask for a refund for the line we didn't want in the first place and everyone said they couldn't and a manager wasn't available. A manager wasn't available for 2 weeks somehow. Eventually I talked to the assistant manager and she was very rude and said they can't issue a refund and it's not something they are even capable of doing. I called a manager at the 119th location and he gave us a refund immediately, explained everything to us, and said there should always be a manager at t mobile locations. So if you want to switch to T-mobile, just go to the 119th location. They are much nicer and helped us with other things with our account. The wait was also significantly shorter.

I love TMobile for my service plan but I sure won't buy another phone from them. Way to expensive and you have to buy everything separately for the phone? I'm staying with the Blu phone's that come with everything in the box way cheaper and just as good or better

I've been here for an hour and a half no one has ask for my name or said hi only 2 people working sad I have to pay so much for service and get treated like this
