No stars. Customer for 8+ years. Receptionist and manager on duty didn't believe my co-pay was $.00. She even spoke to BCBS and still wouldn't process it. Doctors are EXCELLENT here. Staff needs trained and a lesson in customer service skills. An hour wasted of my time and theirs. Creating unnecessary, messy paperwork.

In general, Eye check-ups are a lot more fun than colonoscopies… But the EyeDoctors seem to have it down to an exact science.! And they go about doing this with a Staff who’s friendliness Is only out done by their talent! And a quick and very deserving shout out to Dr. Terri Hilmes… A wonderful human being who just happens to be a very good eye doctor! And you’ve only got a couple years or so before he heads to the Ozarks and retirement(if his wife says it’s OK :-). My name is Mark Schmidt and the preceding it’s not the work of an actor!!

Wow! Great service and PEOPLE! I was greeted by Jillian very quickly and efficiently! She even advised a different patient that she would get his orders in once i was checked in! Next Shawn took me back to do the technical part of my visit! He explained everything that i would be seeing and experiencing so i felt so comfortable and well taken care of! Dr. Manes came in right away and did my exam. So friendly and very efficient and patient! He took me out to Deanna who helped me order my glasses and sunglasses (4 pair) so quickly and gave me great advice and the best deals! I was out and back at work in exactly an hour! Thank you so much!
