Definitely don’t waste your time here! None experienced “techs” and lazy tech reps that rather say they don’t know instead of saying they can figure it out. Oh yeah all I wanted was a tubeless 10”tire they had one in stock but no one wanted to install it. One again DONT WASTEANYTIME HERE. They definitely are struggling to find help and are On their way out of business to Amazon where there are no middle man cost or high over head.

Went In to look at a rough house 50 and was met with nothing but 2 rude and disrespectful older folks working. Didn't take us 5 min to leave. Would never go here again or ever have my bikes serviced by these people. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I Just went to Scooter World to look at the new scooters, and ask a few questions about my 14 year old Genuine Buddy50 scooter. They had a great selection good name brand scooters. They don't sell cheap junk that won't last. I have purchased and looked at a lot of scooters, and the prices here are very reasonable. I also wanted a rear rack for my 14 year old Buddy50. They had the rack to fit it in stock, and a very nice quality rear trunk, for less than I could get the exact same ones online, including shipping. I also told them I had a grabbing feeling when starting off riding my scooter. He asked how many miles were on it. I told him and he said that it wasn't far from needing a new drive belt, and that might be the problem. I bought the needed parts, also in stock, and not expensive for quality parts. They were very knowledgeable, and also had a shop where they repair many brands of scooters, not just the ones the sell. They service everything they sell. I would highly recommend going to Scooter world if you are interested in having a good quality scooter at a reasonable price, or if you need parts, or have questions. (note: I didn't install the new drive belt on my old Buddy50 scooter. It quit vibrating or grabbing at all, after riding it a few more times in early spring, and is perfectly smooth riding now. I think the drive belt had a set in it from sitting all winter. But, I like having the spare parts for when I need them in the future, so I am not going to return them. It is a normal wear part for a scooter. I am sure they were right that the drive belt was causing the vibration.)

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We spoke with who we were told was the owner a couple weeks ago about getting our scooter serviced after it had been sitting in the garage for five years. In the garage, not outside and exposed to the elements as they erroneously tried to claim it was. We come to learn the owner was who we spoke to, and he said it likely just needed a tune up and it would cost around $200. He said don't hold him to that, which is fine. So we brought it all the way up from Topeka only to be told by staff that they wouldn't work on it. After we explained that we talked to the owner, they reluctantly and rudely agreed. Sounds like there is no communication between the owner and his staff. We finally got a call with an estimate for repair and the total was going to be at least $1,000 to HOPEFULLY get it running again. While speaking to one of the mechanics to better understand what the $1,000 would entail- parts/labor- I tried to explain our frustration at getting an estimate from the owner and then another estimate that was 5 times that. The mechanic was rude. The person who answered the phone, Bill, was rude. These staff members should not be in customer service. The entire experience was awful. We would have never driven all the way from Topeka if we knew this was the experience we could expect. We picked up our scooter and will ABSOLUTELY be finding another place to have it serviced. Thanks for nothing but a headache Scooter World.
