Sometimes they will do a "buy out". But usually only if there is not enough to hold an estate sale or auction at the residence.

Varies depends on what u are selling the owner on website cam tell u after he sees pics of what u r selling or auctioning or wether its an estate sale lots of variables call steve or gabby
