Today reminded me why i stopped getting my eye care from here. My daughter appointment was at 1:45 we waited until 3:00 and wasn’t seen Ridiculous!!

Good thing they are so close to the fairgrounds, this has been a complete and utter goat rodeo. I went in for the initial exam and the doc was very thorough in the exam. so far so good. Then it all fell apart. I ordered contact lenses since they are specialists, I should be in good shape. Well, they ordered a trial pair of contacts and told me to call them back after 30 days. I wore them, had some issues, called back and ordered a different prescription to address the issues and have another trial. The lady I spoke with (who was their resident expert they said) told me with shipping issues it was taking a while and to be patient. I waited 2 months or so and nothing. Called and apparently they were never ordered and I was told that I had to pay for contacts that were covered under my insurance. Not once was it ever explained how this process went or was any follow up done except to tell me they never ordered them. This has been an awful experience that there is no excuse for.

This has got to be the worst optical place I think I’ve ever been. Their phone hasn’t worked correctly for weeks. The staff are incapable of having any kind of decent customer service. The place is very cluttered. I can tell you I will never go back to this place again. Go somewhere else don’t go there…. go to Eyemart express even

I had a consult with Dr. David about eye surgery. He has to be one of the nicest, most genuine people I have ever met. The tech staff as well as the front desk staff were wonderful too! I am so glad I found this place!
